Spooky Yoga and Sound Immersion

Come join Amy Sedgwick and Candice Crosby for a fun yoga and sound event! Experience a fun “ Spooky” Yoga with fog bubbles and black light.. followed by a more relaxing Sound immersion experience with multiple instruments and an astrology meditation.. Bring a “nest” of pillows and blankets or a zero gravity camping chair for comfort. Spots are limited. Cost is $45 bring a fun Halloween finger food to share afterward. 16 and older . I will also have a signup and option to pay at the “ Back in Balance Body & Beauty” office @ 411 main st in kamiah! Spots will fill up fast🧛‍♂️. Wear something Halloween themed that you can still move freely in.
