Nurturing the Feminine Foundations is a 4-week wellness reset designed to help you reconnect with the natural world, nourish your hormones, and reclaim the sacred power of feminine self-care.     Each week includes a guided meditation aligned with the current moon phase to help you ground, release, and reconnect. You’ll also have the opportunity to join Amy live for a short daily meditation—an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to your center. These sacred moments support your nervous system, hormone health, and sense of inner calm throughout the journey.
