Below is an outline of what you can expect to master while working with me. Please note that the schedule may look different in the actual mentorship because I strive to individualize the program to each woman’s unique and specific needs.
**Class 1: Introduction to Cycle Charting and Fertility Signs
In this foundational class, we’ll dive into the basics of fertility awareness and how reconnecting with your body can bring profound shifts in your overall health. You’ll learn about the key biomarkers of fertility and begin to understand the rhythm of your cycle. This class sets the stage for the rest of the mentorship, focusing on the connection between the divine feminine, body wisdom, and fertility.
**Class 2: Mastering the Cross-Check Method
We’ll go deeper into fertility awareness by exploring the cross-check method, using basal body temperature, cervical mucus, and other indicators. This class is essential for accurately identifying where you are in your cycle. You'll be empowered with tools to understand and track these signals to gain confidence in managing your fertility, whether for birth control or conception.
**Class 3: Managing Your Fertile Window
Learn how to confidently recognize your fertile window and manage it for your specific goals. This class includes practical tips and strategies to either prevent or achieve pregnancy, aligning with your needs. Understanding the fertile window is the key to using fertility awareness effectively in your everyday life.
**Class 4: Cycle Syncing for Optimal Health
Harness the power of your cycle by learning how to sync your lifestyle with your phases. You’ll discover how to align your diet, movement, work, and self-care with the natural shifts in your hormonal patterns. This class empowers you to live in flow with your cycle rather than against it.
**Class 5: Building a Healthy Lifestyle Foundation
Creating lasting health starts with building strong, healthy habits. We’ll cover essential lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress management, movement, and hydration. This class helps you lay the groundwork for a life of vibrant fertility and overall well-being.
**Class 6: Managing Period Pain and PMS Naturally
Period pain and PMS are not something you have to live with. In this class, we’ll explore natural ways to manage and reduce discomfort through lifestyle changes, nutrition, and self-care practices. You’ll be empowered to make your period a time of reflection and rejuvenation rather than one of suffering.
**Class 7: Nutrition for Healthy Cycles, Eggs, and Sperm
Nutrition plays a huge role in fertility and overall cycle health. We’ll dive into the key nutrients that support healthy eggs, sperm, and balanced hormones. You’ll learn what to eat (and what to avoid) to promote optimal fertility and vitality for both partners.
**Class 8: Understanding Your Chart
I will be guiding you in being able to interpret your chart throughout the program so by the end of the program, you’ll be proficient in charting. This final class focuses on making sure you are confident in interpreting your charts, recognizing patterns, and using them to make informed decisions about your fertility and health. The goal is giving you the confidence to maintain your charting practice long-term.
